Jen Yang is a Transformational Mentor from Taiwan. I love that she’s also a highly sensitive solopreneur and she loves to process energies through dancing intuitively too.

But what truly touched me about her intuitive dance is how she chose to dance out her grief for a close friend’s sudden passing within the gentle constraints of a song. She even recorded and shared her dance video with her audience on her business Facebook page. In the midst of processing her grief, she still chooses to show her vulnerable side to her audience, and I believe she sees how healing it is for others and for herself to witness her dance too.

This is what she wrote in her Facebook post on June 11, 2021:

“Processing grief 💐
A dear friend messaged me 48 hrs ago about finally getting ready to be out of the isolation after battling with covid for quite awhile and saying how much she missed the real food. I was really happy for her.
24 hrs later, she was gone, left the earthly realm… (I was completely caught off guard).🌎🪐🌟
Feeling deep sadness. But I know she’s in peace now. Her spirit is back home to the divine.🌸🙏
Processing…
