How Do You Choose to Be Inspired?
A daily reminder to practice gentleness

According to Oxford Languages, one of the definitions of “Inspiration” is:
“the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative.”
“Inspiration” can also mean:
“the drawing in of breath; inhalation.”
It’s interesting how COVID-19, a respiratory virus that has grown to be a pandemic, continues to pose such a huge threat to our lives on a global basis. Because of this unprecedented shift in our physical reality, we need new and gentler sources of inspiration to help us stay light and buoyant.
Two questions to ask yourself
- What are the usual sources of inspiration and entertainment that are starting to make you feel dull and heavy? Perhaps you no longer resonate with certain people or Netflix shows. That’s perfectly okay and normal. It’s alright to let them go.
Feel the relief coming in as you release what you no longer need. - Who and what do you choose to be inspired by?
Perhaps you’re finding new leaders, celebrity figures, friends, colleagues, or family members who have been a wonderful source of inspiration lately. Maybe there are new shows or shows you’ve watched before that…
