Being a natural people pleaser, I often smile in response to greeting someone or to show appreciation to someone.

I rarely smile for myself.

But after I learned to play with subtle energies through various energy healing modalities, I could sometimes feel how someone’s (or my) energies can feel like a smile!

It’s a beautiful little miracle that I love to experience. I used to do this little energy healing experiment during my long bus journey to work. I would imagine colorful orbs of energies bouncing around. Sometimes I’d even throw in a couple of my favorite Care Bears and Smurfs to lighten the mood on the bus! The energy would start to lighten and glow brightly. It would feel like there was a warm sun radiating so brightly from my chest, that I half-expected some other passenger would stand up and blurt out, “hey, your energy is too bright and loud!” Thinking about this scenario always led me to chuckle!

Smile often to yourself

I learned that one way to feel your energy smile is to simply smile to yourself.

Nod your head slightly towards your chest. This little movement helps to expand your heart’s energy center. Then start smiling to yourself…
