I love this guideline!

…aling in particular — back to my life as a daily ritual. It affords me presence and intentionality. It allows me to be kinder to myself because I don’t just write down the bad stuff. Oh no! I have this “rule”: for every bad emotion I put on paper, I have to dig deeper for three good ones.
