Gentleness is the antidote to overwhelm. If you have no idea how to be gentler on yourself, then be gentle about being gentler on yourself.

Be curious about how you perceive Gentleness:

Is it a soft breeze?
Is it a beautiful short poem?
Is it a warm comforting bowl of soup?
Is it a soothing voice?
Is it a soft, warm blanket cocooning you in safety?
Is it a calm soothing scent of Lavender?
Is it the feeling of being held within your partner’s warm embrace?
Is it allowing yourself as much time as possible to lie on the floor and do nothing?
Is it about letting your tears fall freely?
Is it about sharing how you truly feel without judgment?

Gentleness can come in many forms. Feel free to choose the form that resonates with you the most right here, right now.

Allow yourself to be gentler with yourself.
Allow the overwhelm to unwind.

So much love,
Bingz
