Take one long and slow breath. The world just slowed down for you.

It’s amazing how when you let go of pushing too hard and focus on being with every breath, profound healing starts.

Place one hand on your heart area, and gently nod your head towards your chest. Let your breath soften and honor your feelings, observing them as they come and go.

Imagine lying afloat on an infinite ocean. Let the waters carry your full physical weight and the weight of your troubles. An internal sea of blood flows inside you too, nourishing and cleansing your cells with perfect timing. This loving support is always here for you. You just have to notice it.
