Thank you for walking the talk on making consistent changes in your life without striving for perfection, Bob! Congratulations on taking action even before starting this year, and seeing progress already :)
I appreciate your grounded and gentle advice. My intention is to lose weight too, and I've identified that my growth zone would be enjoying the movements my body is capable of making through functional movements, dance, and exercise. I'm exercising 15 minutes each day, which though not much, is a good start for me. :)
