You’re such an inspiration, Mary! I’m reaching 40 this year and after living a sedentary lifestyle for so long, I’m finally taking tiny steps to be more active everyday.
Like you, I’ve benefited from Facebook groups, but my group is about enjoying the benefits of dance as therapy, rather than fitness.
The fitness milestones you’ve achieved are amazing. I’m thinking of doing the same for myself too. Thank you 💕
